We take pride in offering you Fast and Free shipping on all our caskets. We understand your number 1 concern is getting the casket to your Funeral Home in plenty of time. Your casket order is in our hands, and we monitor its progress each step of the way to ensure on-time delivery. If your shipping plan included a national carrier, you will receive tracking information once the casket ships.
For most of our customers, this is the first time they are ordering a casket online and they can be understandably a little nervous. But please don’t worry – we do this every day, know this is precious cargo, and work hard to ensure your order ships in time. In most ways, ordering a casket on a website is no different than ordering any large item online (e.g., office chair, appliance) but with a very strict delivery date.
However, to ensure smooth delivery, please be aware of the following for Funeral Home Deliveries:
1. Please be sure to notify the funeral home of when your shipment is expected to arrive and the name of your loved one.
2. Unless otherwise arranged when you ordered, caskets are delivered during normal business hours. You DO NOT have to be present at the time of delivery – the funeral home receives caskets every day and knows exactly what to do. However, if convenient, we recommend you or a representative be present at the time of delivery to ensure it’s received with loving arms.
3. The casket will arrive in heavily reinforced cardboard to ensure safe transit and delivery of your product. This cardboard is easily recyclable.
Returns & Refunds
In the (very rare) case of damage, please refuse the casket at the time of delivery. We will immediately ship a new product or refund your order in full. Clear documentation and photos of product damage taken on the day of delivery will be required.
