If a casket does not arrive on time, we offer a 100% guarantee and will issue a full refund of all amounts paid. In the rare instance that a casket arrives damaged, we will do everything possible to replace it in time for the service. If a replacement is not feasible, we will fully refund your payment and coordinate the return of the casket.
